Counting down the days...

I just have to say how excited we are to go on our trip to Florida in a week! Megan is so excited, she talks about the trip all the time. I am nervous for the flights with Morgan, she doesn't sit still too well so any suggestions would be appreciated. I can't decide if I am more excited to see my mom and dad or to see my girls in Disney World?!?! However, I think I am getting the best of both worlds because my mom and dad will be coming to Disney World with us!! Yippee!!!!

Halloween 2009

Instead of carving pumpkins we colored pumpkins with sharpie markers! We were late in the month getting to decorate the pumpkins and I wasn't ready for a mess on Saturday before the trick-or-treating began, so we colored! Kenny and Megan had a great time (Morgan was napping). I had to beg them to stop so they could get ready for trick-or-treating. Once we cleaned up the pumpkin coloring, we got dressed up and were off to trick-or-treat. For those of you that know my brother Kenny, know that he is a big kid! He was all dressed up and ready when I picked him up in the afternoon, but when it came time to go trick-or-treating, he wanted to stay home with Ryan. I knew he didn't really want to, so we talked him into coming with the girls and I and he had a great time. The girls love spending time with their Uncle Kenny and he loves to be with the kids.

Rose Creek Parade

Friday morning we took Megan to school and watched her in her school parade. She was so excited to have both mom and dad there to watch her; she felt so lucky. Later in the day her dad went back to school and had lunch with her - even better! Our girls were m&m's (Megan and Morgan)! I wasn't sure if Megan would really like the idea because it is all about princesses, make up, jewelery, etc. But when I told her my idea she really liked it. Thanks to my sis-in-law, Trisha, we had these 2 great costumes. Her neighbor had the blue one and let us borrow and then Trisha made Morgan's. She had zero pattern and it turned out great!

The blue m&m before we left for school.

The red m&m trying to wait patiently for the parade to start.

She spotted us! Morgan's cute hand waving to sissy!

One last look!
