Easter 2012

Easter this year took us to Peter and Cori's. They blessed their new little guy, Hudson. After the blessing, we headed back to their home, had lunch and a huge Easter Egg/candy grab for the kids. Peter working for Hershey's has it benefits! Their backyard was covered in eggs and what candy wouldn't fit in the eggs, was dumped out on the lawn. When we got home we took the kids to the park to fly kites - they had a great time. We ended the day with sit ups (Megan) and dancing (Morgan).

Girl's Getaway

At the end of March, the girls and I took off to St. George for the weekend. I used it as an excuse to clean my parents house a bit before they arrived home from mission #2 and of course to see my sister Allie and her cute kids. It was a chill weekend, no plans, no schedules, just hanging out! On Sunday morning, I took the girls to the St. George Temple Visitor Center. In all the years I have been to St. George, I have never visited the Visitor Center. Wow! That place is awesome. They have a video display that is so great; the girls and I enjoyed it. We then took our time and walked around the Temple grounds. It was a bit overcast, but still nice. We then headed home on Monday and back to real life. :)
